Dear Friends of the Mission,
, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your faithful collaboration in the missionary work of the global Church. In his recent Encyclical Letter Magnifica Humanitas, His Holiness Pope Leo XIV reminds us that “Humanity, created by God in all its grandeur, is today facing a pivotal choice: either to construct a new Tower of Babel or to build the city in which God and humanity dwell together.”
With this spirit, we warmly invite you to remain united with us through our Mission Bulletin and Calendar. While no subscription fee is required, any offering you may wish to share is deeply appreciated and helps us meet the costs of printing and distribution.
This year, we present three mission initiatives that are especially in need of your love and generous support:

Providing tables and chairs for the Elementary School in Bomu, Kenya;

Offering financial assistance to build a wooden chapel for the ethnic communities in Ukira Village, Jimma, and Bonga, Ethiopia;

Helping to drill a well of clean-water system for daily use in Tanzania.
We place our trust in God’s divine providence, confident that His goodness continues to shine through you. Your faithful and compassionate companionship has brought hope and unwavering faith to suffering brothers and sisters throughout the world. Through your generosity, they experience the tender love of God our Father, who cherishes each person as a precious pearl in His eyes.
Each month, two Holy Masses are offered in all our communities—43 communities around the world—for the intentions of our living and deceased benefactors. This is our humble token of love and gratitude for your spiritual and material support.
May the good Lord bless you abundantly and reward every hidden gesture of love you have shown to His children in need.
1. Desks and Chairs for Kindergarten & Primary Students
St. Steven’s School, Bomu in Bomu Parish (Archdiocese of Mombasa) serves over 100 children, many from families in difficult situations. The school lacks adequate desks and chairs, forcing students to sit on the floor or use broken furniture. To ensure a safe and dignified learning environment, we humbly request support to purchase:
• 50 wooden tables (Kindergarten)
• 100 wooden chairs (Kindergarten)
• 100 double desks (Primary)
Estimated cost: 800,000 KES (approx. €5,389.02).

2. Water Well Project
Ilembula Settlement: I, Sister Elisha Mwanfwila, from the Congregation of the Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, respectfully request financial assistance to drill a water well for our new mission area in Ilembula. The local government is not yet able to provide water services, and clean water is urgently needed for the health and well‑being of the community. Total cost: €8,312.50 Local contribution: €312.50 Amount requested: €8,000 Your generosity will allow us to provide safe and reliable water for the people we serve.

3. Simple Wooden Chapel for Ukira Village
Manja Minority Community: I, Father Aklilu Woldeghiorgis, parish priest of Buba Holy Savior Parish and the Ukira mission station, kindly request support to build a simple wooden chapel for the Manja minority community. Their current grass‑roof structure is unstable, damaged by termites, and unusable during heavy rains. A small chapel with a metal roof and cement floor will provide a dignified place for worship and pastoral services. Total cost: USD 4,200 Local contribution: USD 200 Amount requested: USD 4,000 We remain deeply grateful for your continued assistance.
